Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional ready to make an impact and lead by example? We're hiring a Quality Assurance Lead for a temp-to-hire position with our client in Timonium, MD.

Pay: $19 - $23 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | 7 days a week (rotating or flexible schedule)

What You'll Do:

Conduct repetitive inspections to detect defects and ensure products meet quality standards

Document both conforming and non-conforming issues within set timelines

Identify and segregate damaged or incorrect products before packaging

Validate quality processes and production standards at critical control points

Complete and file daily audit reports at the end of each shift

Collaborate with your team to promote operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Lead QA walkthroughs to maintain continuous quality improvement

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in Quality Assurance or as a QA Lead

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a team
