Job Description
The Business Analyst will be responsible for optimizing and supporting a D365 Business Central environment within a growing company in the construction industry. This role focuses on improving workflows, streamlining processes, and configuring D365 BC to better connect finance, operations, and project teams. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting business needs, managing system administration, and driving automation initiatives. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders across departments, translating operational challenges into scalable solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
System Optimization: identify inefficiencies and analyze workflows to drive system improvements
Act as System Administrator: proper configurations, permissions, and user access
Gathering Requirements: conduct discovery sessions with business teams to translate business needs into enhancements
Support system roll outs, user adoption, training, and post-go-live maintenance
Reduce manual processes by using tools like Power Automate
Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with D365 Business Central
Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and CPQ tools (Experlogix CPQ)
Understanding of fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation
Experience with data validation and system transitions
