Job Summary:
HumanEdge Health is seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic LVN/LPN for a 13-week travel assignment in Greenfield, MA. The nurse will dispense prescribed medications as part of a collaborative treatment team with Physicians and Nursing Supervisors. This role also includes managing medication inventory, maintaining dispensing equipment, and reporting patient treatment information.

Responsibilities:

• Administer daily medications to patients in accordance with program policies and medical protocols

• Use automated dispensing systems, calibrate pumps, and maintain dispensing equipment

• Maintain accurate records and reports per company protocol and federal/state regulations

• Ensure compliance with security standards for controlled substances distribution and storage

• Order, receive, and stock medications in compliance with DEA and state regulations (if granted Power of Attorney)

• Provide daily assessments of patients

• Assist Nursing Supervisor with orienting new nursing staff

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of medication administration experience - Required

• Opioid Addiction Center experience - Highly Preferred

• Required Certifications: BLS (AHA)

Assignment Highlights:

• 8-hour day shifts

• 40 hours/week guaranteed

• Coverage on some Sundays required

• No on-call
