Note: Must hold a current Certified Personal Trainer Certificate.

Flexible hours, coach 8+ classes per week (most classes pay $55 per hour!); Become part of OTF Napa’s Elite Coaching Team! Our Fitness Coaches perform the following duties:

Lead and motivate members through pre-written workouts

Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs

Can use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout & give form correction where needed

Can appropriately time workouts

Perform basic cleaning and maintain a stellar fitness studio environment

Coach Qualifications:

Are AED/CPR certified

Are a current Certified Personal Trainer from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness

Pass the OTFit Certification Program

Are a TEAM PLAYER, punctual and committed to growth/learning
