Project Manager – Gloucester – 6-12 months - £400 - £550/day (Outside IR35)\n\nA Project Manager is required for a Construction focussed company in the Gloucester area on a contract basis for at least 6-12 months.\n\nThe Project Manager will be responsible for\n\n * Leading projects (construction) from handover to completion\n\n * Managing project scope, schedule, cost, risk and required resources\n\n * Being the customer contact\n\n * Site visits as required\n\n * Documentation and collaboration with other teams – engineering, procurement and production.\n\nThe ideal Project Manager will have:\n\n * A solid background managing M&E projects\n\n * A good building services understanding\n\n * The ability to interpret P&IDs, specifications and other layout drawings\n\n * Safety training – SMSTS, CSCS etc.\n\n * Ability working to deadlines and managing multi-disciplines\n\nIn return the Project Manager will get the opportunity to join a great engineering and construction business offering very interesting work, and long-term contract opportunities.
