Overview
Project Manager The Select Group is looking for a Project Manager for one of their top telecommunication clients. This is a long term contract located in Stamford, CT. You will be responsible for providing coordination support for the Digital Transformation team within Customer Ops.
Responsibilities
- 70% Meeting Coordination & Documentation: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take and distribute detailed notes, track follow-ups
- 20% Issue Log Management: Maintain and update logs, monitor progress on resolutions, escalate risks as needed
- 10% Working Group Participation: Support collaborative sessions, track action items, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or project support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage issue logs, action items, and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for capturing and summarizing discussions
- Proficiency with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, or similar
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with PMO processes and structured project management methods
