Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for managing all project aspects, including financial management, client satisfaction, and overall project success. Key responsibilities include overseeing large projects or smaller projects, mentoring staff, understanding scope changes, performing quantity take-offs, and building relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of related experience, including self-perform capabilities
  • Estimating and Scheduling experience
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with external stakeholders
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

  • Scheduling experience


Office and Travel

Work may involve visits to various jobsites and the corporate/regional office. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Includes pursuit, preconstruction, business development, self-performed work, estimating, bidding, scheduling, project documentation, subcontract management, cost control, project meetings, safety, post-construction activities, and other responsibilities such as client relationships and professional development.

Physical Requirements

Position involves sitting for extended periods, effective communication, occasional standing, bending, walking, lifting, and site visits that may expose to dirt, dust, uneven surfaces, and weather conditions. Climbing ladders and stairs may be required.
