Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to drive business insights by developing dashboards, reports, and analytical views. The candidate will craft and manipulate data assets by integrating diverse data sources, perform ad-hoc queries, and conduct in-depth analyses to deepen understanding of customer engagement. This role demands a strong partnership with product and business teams to align on requirements and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver business insights by creating comprehensive dashboards, reports, and analyst views.
• Build new data assets by integrating data from multiple sources.
• Support ad-hoc data queries and conduct in-depth analyses for customer engagement insights.
• Analyze existing data sets to produce meaningful reports, insights, and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements and KPIs effectively.

Must-Have Skills

• Expertise in at least one BI tool (Tableau/PowerBI).
• Strong SQL abilities and familiarity with Hive/Hadoop or similar big data technologies.
• Proficient in Python coding and Excel.

Industry Experience

• Experience in a subscription business model is preferred but not essential.

Experience Level

The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of relevant, progressive experience in analytics or BI roles, focusing on generating business reports and insights.
