Minimum Requirements: 18 years or older; High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience working with children in a licensed childcare center or comparable setting CPL III or Child Development Associate Certificate upon hire Ability to pass BCI/FBI Background Check Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field with 1+ years experience Current CPR and First Aid certification Responsibilities & Skills: Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants through school-age children, while maintaining accurate records of each childs growth and development Create a safe, nurturing classroom and lead/support assistants and aides Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff to build strong relationships Use strong organization, time management, and child development knowledge to support a positive learning environment Our Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program Childcare Tuition Assistance $15 - $18.50 per hour* (Based on teaching experience and credentials) $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Unfortunately, we are not able to provide sponsorship for this position.
