Job Description Our client is seeking two skilled

Forklift Operators

to join their operations team in Rialto, CA. The ideal candidates will be responsible for safely and efficiently picking equipment and supplies, stacking and organizing pallets, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.

Operators will follow all

safety protocols

and are required to complete

80 hours of training

prior to operating independent.

Shifts:

6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Mon to Fri)

Key Responsibilities Operate various forklifts including

Raymond stand-up ,

Toyota sit-down , and

Order Picker

models. Pick and move equipment and supplies using an

RF scanner . Manually shrink-wrap and up-stack pallets to maximize load efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area at the end of each shift. Follow all department lead instructions and safety guidelines. Perform physical warehouse tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting equipment and materials. Support additional operations functions such as:

High-volume duplicating, production, and sorting. Shipping and receiving of products and supplies. Mailroom support, including distribution of mail/faxes and application of postage. Copier maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair assistance. Meeting room setups and light building maintenance.

Requirements

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

Minimum of

3 years of warehouse experience . At least

1 year operating stand-up (Reach/Dock Stocker) forklifts . Ability to

read and comprehend written technical information

in the form of manuals, parts books and related publications. Certifications:

Valid forklift certification for

Reach ,

Dock Stocker , or

Sit-down forklift . RF Scanner

experience required. May require

valid driver's license

and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Client Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to

100 lbs

(team lift for items over 50 lbs). Ability to walk, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.

Preferred Skills Proficiency with

MS Office Suite

and basic computer literacy. Working knowledge of copier, electronics, mailing, and bindery equipment. Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures. Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills. Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team. Additional Information

Free, assigned employee parking is available. Occasional overtime, including nights and weekends, may be required. May perform temporary receptionist or call center duties as needed.
