As we continue to grow, we are seeking an individual with a solid foundation in the shipping and receiving profession to join our team to be our Shipping/Receiving/Assembly Associate. The right person who possesses the work ethic and skills for this role will successfully complete our training program and possibly advance into a leadership role and manage the warehouse to maximize our efficiency and accuracy as we continue to grow.
This position is a Mon-Fri, 9 am-6 pm job. This position is a hands-on physical position in the warehouse that will also involve delivering products requiring a lifting ability up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities
• Efficiently and promptly pull and pack inventory orders. • Utilize UPS WorldShip, USPS, and FedEx software to process shipping labels. • Ensure the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments. • Manage packing/shipping supplies inventory and request reorders as necessary. • Maintain detailed records of all shipped and received goods. • Conduct product deliveries to various local customer locations using company vehicles. • Obtain customer signatures on delivery tickets and provide receipts. • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move inventory within the warehouse. • Inspect inbound shipment deliveries for damage before acceptance. • Verify inbound shipment accuracy by reviewing purchase orders or shipping manifests. • Receive and check in deliveries and transfer stock items to shelves in the correct locations. • Keep the work area clean and organized, utilizing floor machines and cleaning equipment as needed. • Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures. • Able to assemble small, complex, and intricate parts
Qualifications
• Valid state driver's license in good standing is required. • Knowledge of UPS WorldShip software. • Ability to lift 75 pounds. • Excellent leadership and management skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines and metrics. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Education: • High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse shipping and receiving department setting is required. • Experience using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL Online. • Quality Control Inspector experience is preferred but not required. • Experience in lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
