Position Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology State Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate or ability to obtain ASHA Certificate (not required for Clinical Fellowship Year) Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience with children/adolescents (preferred, not required) Key Responsibilities: Assess & identify students needing speech and language support. Provide individual & group therapy using curriculum-based materials. Develop & implement IEP goals to foster student success. Create an engaging learning environment to promote communication and growth. Collaborate with teachers, specialists & supervise support staff. Utilize alternative communication systems when necessary. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal education regulations.
