Travel Radiation Therapist - $3,119 per week in Tarzana, CA

Job Title: Clienttion Therapist Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Clienttion Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid California license required Certifications: BLS, ARRT T required Must-Have: Experience with Aria Adult inpatient and outpatient experience CBCT/kV/mV imaging experience Experience with emergency cases Description: Start date is non-negotiable due to New Hire Orientation scheduling. Candidates must submit time-off requests with their application. Only two weeks of total time-off allowed, with no time-off within the first two weeks of start date. Holiday time-off is subject to manager discretion. Candidates must have a valid permanent California license at the time of application. Previous employees must have been away for 24 months to be eligible for travel positions. Experience includes handling various cases of cancer. Facility has two treatment machines, a CT Simulator, and 14 therapists. Equipment includes TrueBeam, Elekta Versa HD, GE Lightspeed CT scanner, Bravos HDR afterloader, and Xoft superficial treatment. Experience in charting with Epic is highly preferred. Candidates may be required to float within the facility as needed. Modules are self-reported and vary by specialty. Candidate must comply with all local regulations and requirements. This position does not require on-call duty or block scheduling. All applicants must have a detailed and up-to-date professional profile. Preference will be given to candidates with charge experience. Preferred skills include patient/family teaching, emergency cases handling and various treatment techniques. Candidates must show flexibility in meeting the facility's needs.
