Shift: 5x8 Days, from 08:00 to 17:00. Patient Ratios: 1:5 Years of experience required: Minimum 2 years First-timers are not accepted. Certification requirements: BLS and State License are mandatory. Preferred certifications include FEES, LSVT, SLP-CF. No weekend shifts are required. On-call shifts are not required. Floating within scope to meet facility needs may be required. Block schedule accommodations are possible. Local candidates are welcomed. Pending licenses are accepted. Restrictions on requested time off: One request per contract, with a maximum of one week. No time off is allowed in the first two weeks due to orientation. Guaranteed hours are available. Shifts are available for 8 and 10 hours, with 40 hours guaranteed weekly, and 12-hour shifts with varying guarantees. Type of facility: Acute Care Hospital with 24-hour emergency care, full medical and surgical services. Total staffed beds: 25 Charting system used: Cerner Patient age groups include infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily census ranges from 4 to 5 patients.
