Job Title: Mammography Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Mammography Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:30 - 16:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS, ARRT M, ARRT R Must-Have: - Experience with Diagnostic Mammograms - Experience with Digital Quality Assurance Procedures - Fine Needle Aspiration experience - Hologic 3D experience - Knowledge of Isolation Precautions - Management or leadership experience - Knowledge of Clienttion Safety - Experience with Screening Mammograms - Experience with Stereotactic Biopsy - Familiarity with Universal Precautions/Core Measures Description: Mammography Technologist required to perform screening and diagnostic procedures. The primary responsibility is to enhance the operational efficiency of Imaging Services. Key tasks include patient room preparation and maintenance of stock and inventory. Additional responsibilities involve coordinating patient transport and occasional reception duties. Must float between two locations as needed. Mileage reimbursement is available for travel between sites. Candidates must have required certifications in hand at the time of application. Epic charting system experience is preferred.
