Travel Pharmacist - $2,926 per week in Mauston, WI

Job Title: Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8am - 6pm or 9am - 7pm & Every 3rd Saturday 8am - 1pm Experience: 1 years related work experience required License: Wisconsin Pharmacist license required or temporary Wisconsin Pharmacist license required while obtaining active Pharmacist license that must be obtained within 60 days of receiving temporary license. Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: Professional Pharmacy degree required. Doctorate preferred. Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Pharmacist license. Description: The Pharmacist Staff Retail Pharmacy ensures medications are procured, prepared, dispensed, and administered safely and legally. Proficient in pharmacy practice including but not limited to retail dispensing and home health aids. Performs other related prescription activities such as taking verbal prescriptions, filling prescriptions, dispensing, and verbal consultation. Performs and/or supervises pharmaceutical compounding activities. Provides clinical pharmacy services, including medical history collection, therapeutic drug monitoring, pharmacokinetic dosing consultations, drug information, and education. Participates in and follows standards of departmental quality control and quality assurance programs. Oversees inventory control activities such as monitoring inventory levels, ordering, receiving, stocking, and shipping. Supervises pharmacy interns and technicians. Follows and supports all policies and procedures required under Medicare Accreditation. Inputs and processes prescriptions. Corrects prescriptions. Counsels patients. Administers vaccines. Performs other related duties as needed.
