We're seeking a skilled Sr. Manager of Demand Planning & Replenishment to help shape and elevate our demand planning and replenishment capabilities. Duties and Responsibilities
Forecast Development & Management Develop rolling 18-month aggregate demand plans aligned with company goals, incorporating historical sales, trends, seasonality, promotions, new item launches, and product discontinuations. Analyze historical sales and marketing data to build baseline forecasts and adjust for expected lifts from promotional activities. Utilize statistical forecasting tools and models to create data-driven projections, incorporating business drivers such as price changes, product lifecycle shifts, and market dynamics. Continuously evaluate and improve forecasting models to ensure the highest level of accuracy and relevance. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Strategy, and PMO to integrate customer insights, market intelligence, and launch schedules into the forecast. Partner with FP&A to align demand forecasts with financial plans and support the development of the annual budget. Facilitate alignment between demand plans, sales plans, and budget targets, identifying and resolving any gaps proactively. Lead monthly Demand Review meetings as part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring effective communication across commercial, operations, and leadership teams. Process & Performance Improvement Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes, tools, and KPIs to enhance forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory optimization. Identify areas of opportunity within the demand planning process and recommend actionable strategies for improvement. Monitor and report on forecast performance and key metrics to guide business decisions and strategic planning. Manage inventory replenishment across distribution centers, plants, and/or retail partners, ensuring on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery. Develop and execute replenishment strategies that balance service levels, inventory investment, and operational efficiency. Leadership & Team Development Build and develop the demand planning function, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members. Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. Qualifications & Experience
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Proven experience leading and improving demand planning processes in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization. Technical Skills
Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical forecasting methods and tools (e.g., Netstock, SAP IBP, APO, or similar). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Power BI, Tableau). Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) frameworks.
