Travel Radiology Tech - $1,537 to $1,671 per week in Appleton, WI

Summary: A highly capable Part-Time Radiologic Technologist is needed for a 13-week evening shift contract at an outpatient pediatric clinic in Appleton, WI. This role is ideal for an experienced radiologic technologist with strong skills in pediatric imaging and a working knowledge of multiple radiologic modalities. The technologist will perform diagnostic procedures to support accurate diagnoses and high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic imaging procedures according to protocols and compliance standards. Operate imaging equipment including: Siemens Multix plain film GE and Carestream portable X-ray units GE OEC C-arm and Orthoscan mini C-arm Siemens Agile fluoroscopy Use Radiant for documentation and Philips PACS for image management. Ensure patient comfort and safety, especially within a pediatric population. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and clinic staff to deliver coordinated care. Analyze images and make independent judgments regarding image quality and equipment performance. Assist in patient positioning and lifting when necessary. Follow strict infection control and radiation safety guidelines. Minimum Requirements: Certifications: ARRT (R) – Required Wisconsin State Licensed Radiographer – Required BLS – American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross – Required Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiologic imaging Must be capable of working independently Technical Experience: Proficient in Radiant charting and Philips PACS Hands-on experience with portable imaging, fluoroscopy, and C-arm operation
