Travel Radiation Therapist - $2,766 per week in Lubbock, TX

Job Title: Clienttion Therapist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Clienttion Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 15:00 Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Valid State License required Certifications: ARRT, BLS, TMB License required Must-Have: - Previous Charge Experience - Patient Ratio Experience - Charting System Experience - Trauma Level I and II Experience - Travel Experience Description: 1st timer considered with TX license in hand. Position will not float between units. On-call is not required. Weekends are not required. Block schedules are unknown. Expected patient ratios of 1 Clienttion Therapist to 20 patients. Facility is a Children's Hospital with a total bed capacity of 181. Team environment with excellent providers. Robust program that offers various treatment modalities. Staff consists of full-time Clienttion Therapists who rotate weekend and holiday call. Specialization in brachytherapy, EBRT, SBRT, SRS, and FSRT. All Clienttion Therapists rotate among all treatment modalities and equipment. Utilizes Elekta Mosaiq Record and Verify System with an electronic medical record. Several accreditations focus on quality and safety in patient care. Special Equipment includes Elekta Linear Accelerators and Gamma Knife. Providers may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities. All required skills and experience must be met to pass the clinician. References required from supervisory staff covering the last year of experience. Providers with an inflexibility in scheduling may face contract termination.
