Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HSE Compliance Consultant to provide advisory services related to regulatory, safety, and operational documentation initiatives for a prominent renewable energy company. This individual will be working closely with the HSE team to review and update company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to electrical safety, NFPA 70E & NFPA 70B. The selected candidate will work with stakeholders to ensure SOPs reflect current practices and regulatory standards and be capable of providing recommendations on up-to-date best practices.

Required Skills & Experience - Subject Matter Expertise in safety procedures relating to renewable energy operations - Deep knowledge of safety protocols and standards related to electrical safety, NFPA 70E & NFPA 70B - Experience drafting / revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) relating to HSE topics - Strong technical writing and documentation skills - Ability to manage documentation projects with tight deadlines - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
