Travel Surgical Tech - $2,126 per week in Cedar Rapids, IA

Job Title: Certified Surgical Tech Profession: Surgical Tech Specialty: General Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Hours per Shift: 10.5 hours Experience: 3 years of surgical tech experience; strong experience in cardiac, orthopedics (total joints), gynecology, urology, ENT, plastics, and robotics License: Valid CST license Certifications: BLS, NBSTSA Must-Have: DaVinci general scrub experience/knowledge; no first time travelers Description: Clinicians will be contacted by leadership to discuss the assignment. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contribute professional knowledge and skills in the management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process. Required to work 2 of 3 holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, or Thanksgiving). Limit of 1 day request off between specified dates for all travelers regardless of holidays worked. Experience with equipment such as DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa is preferred. Candidates must provide work history/resume, completed skills checklist (within 1 year), and proof of required certifications. One supervisory performance evaluation or reference from within 2 years of employment or contract is required.
