How This Role Impacts Live Oak and Its People

The experiential aspect of our brand is key to fostering and developing relationships that drive loan and deposit growth. As the

Tradeshow Coordinator , you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing Live Oak's tradeshow and events program. This role connects our loan teams with customers, potential customers, and referral partners through strategic event experiences that reflect our values and business goals.

What You'll Do at Live Oak Coordinate all aspects of trade shows and events, including pre-event planning, booth registration, booth set-up logistics, shipping of corresponding collateral materials, travel arrangements, staffing, budget management, and post-event follow-up and reporting. Manage overall tradeshow program for the bank Manage inventory and 3rd party vendor relationships Effective budget management and reconciliation Assist in the design of an exhibit program Offer event assistance for customer events, referral events, conferences, and summits. Develop strategies to maximize our tradeshow marketing program, reducing costs and increasing efficiency and productivity Provide event and administrative support to Director of Events and Sponsorships How You'll Do It

Partner with marketing, business, and sales teams to coordinate effective events that drive brand awareness and consideration with key audience segments. Serve as the primary liaison between business units and the events team to ensure seamless experiences Manage and maintain a tradeshow calendar for each business unit Ensure each event delivers the intended strategic impact and reflects the Live Oak brand experience. Preferred Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Travel and Tourism 2-5 years relevant experience in tradeshow coordination or event planning Management of multiple complex simultaneous projects Vendor management Budget tracking Our Values

The base pay range for this position is $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy. A candidate's salary is determined by several factors including travel, relevant work experience or skills and expertise.
