Position: Cybersecurity Operations Officer Clearance: Active TS/SCI required Department: Leidos RPA Operations Support

Supporting our Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Operations Facility means playing a key role in safeguarding our nation’s interests.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of mission-critical information systems.
• Provide direct cybersecurity assistance to AFSOC RPA Operations Centers and local ISSOs.
• Maintain a comprehensive program to protect Air Force and Intelligence Community assets.
• Conduct system assessments, identify risks, and recommend improvements for enhanced resilience.

Key Duties:

• Perform the ISSO functions for both internal and external customers effectively.
• Analyze and report on cybersecurity status, risks, and compliance metrics.
• Advise Commanders and ISSMs on strategic measures to enhance cyber readiness.
• Assist in creating and implementing local cybersecurity initiatives in line with DoD standards.
• Deliver hands-on training on tools, processes, and protective measures to teams.
• Contribute to security planning and documentation for ATOs, POA&Ms, FISMA, and other requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred, with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Additional IAT or IAM Level III certifications may substitute for degree or experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and IAT Level II certification.
• Strong foundation in System Administration, risk assessments, and A&A documentation.
• Familiar with SIPR and JWICS networks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Air Force and Intelligence Community policies.
• Expertise in ICD 705 physical and personnel security protocols.
• Practical experience with NIST SP 800 standards.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $67,600.00 - $122,200.00
