You’ll be joining a major Japanese freight forwarding company that is a leader in 3PL distribution services. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire entry level export agent position where you’ll work in a close-knit, team-oriented environment. It’s a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international shipping and logistics — no prior export experience required!

Customer Service | Logistics Job Duties:
- Coordinate and manage export shipments — data entry, documentation, and compliance with export regulations.
- Arrange transportation and schedule pickups, bookings, and transfers between carriers and terminals.
- Prepare and distribute shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and export packets.
- Communicate with customers and overseas agents to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain service quality.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
Customer Service | Logistics Requirements:
- At least 1 year of administrative or warehouse clerk experience
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email
