We are seeking a dedicated individual with open availability between 7am and 7pm. The typical shift will be from 6am to 2:30pm, with occasional overtime as needed. This position requires a commitment to attendance and punctuality, adhering to a strict attendance policy. We are looking for someone interested in a potential long-term or permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Operate an order picker (cherry picker), reach truck, and sit-down forklift.
- Handle inventory and material management tasks.
- Perform picking, loading, unloading, and general labor duties.
- Utilize RF scanners for accurate tracking and record-keeping.
- Engage in packing, labelling, and palletizing activities.
- Conduct cycle counts and manage warehouse operations effectively.
- Participate in shipping and receiving processes.
Essential Skills
- Experience with shipping and receiving.
- Proficient in inventory control.
- Skilled in operating sit-down forklifts and reach trucks.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physical tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Experience in warehouse distribution and operations.
- Capable of unloading trucks and managing stock effectively.

Work Environment
This position is in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. Employees must wear steel-toe shoes for safety. The role demands physical activity and the ability to adapt to varying temperatures.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Prairie, Texas.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
