As a Software Engineer, you will engage in trade studies, system engineering, model-based system engineering, portfolio analysis, software development demonstrations, and product testing. We are committed to assembling the most skilled teams and employing the latest tools to provide groundbreaking solutions in data integration and fusion, data analytics, data mining, predictive analytics, data visualization, and decision support tools. This role reports directly to the Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop containerized environments for Java and C++ applications.
- Create critical software for missile defense systems.
- Communicate and document technical solutions for engineering collaboration in a dynamic environment.
- Stay informed on cutting-edge programming methodologies and technologies.
- Conduct design and code reviews to uphold high product quality standards.
- Work closely with System Engineering teams to coordinate, schedule, and showcase capabilities to stakeholders.
- Oversee regression coding and address deployment delays in collaboration with third-party contractors and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Development or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience (Additional relevant experience and training may substitute for degree requirements).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active DoD Secret security clearance.
- Proficient in both C++ and Java.
- Experienced in developing micro-services and managing containerized environments.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in multitasking.
- Experience in FORTRAN.
- Background in missile warning and defense.
- Understanding of missile warning message types.

Pay Range: $85,150.00 - $153,925.00
