Ola Sol is a premium agave wine that delivers the refreshing taste of tequila with half the alcohol and calories. We’re pioneering a new low-ABV wine & spirits category in the alcohol beverage industry — and we’re looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Representative to launch and grow our presence in Northern California. We’re hiring a Beverage Sales Representative / Alcohol Sales Manager who knows the Bay Area market. Experience in wine, spirits, or alcohol beverage sales is a plus, but not required — what matters most is being a natural salesperson who loves building relationships, winning new accounts, and driving sales volume. You’ll represent Ola Sol across on-premise and off-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, and retailers) while working closely with distributor partners. Once the market is established, you’ll also have the opportunity to hire and train your own sales team . We’re open to part-time, contract, and full-time candidates. Drive alcohol beverage sales : Open new accounts, build strong relationships, and secure re-orders. Educate distributors, retailers, bartenders, and consumers about agave wine. Minimum 4 days per week calling on accounts (bars, restaurants, retail). Distributor management : Develop monthly sales plans, manage budgets, and hit KPIs. Conduct brand education and build awareness through events. Ensure all sales practices follow state & company laws/policies. 2+ years of outside sales or beverage/alcohol sales experience preferred. ~ Strong knowledge of the Bay Area alcohol market and account relationships a plus. ~ Passion for wine, agave, and cocktail culture (you know how to make a great margarita). ~ Entrepreneurial, self-starter who thrives in a new category sales environment . ~ Skilled at relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals . ~ Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides). Base salary + uncapped commission/bonus (expected 15–25% of salary). Meaningful equity stake (vested over 4 years for full-time hires).
