Job Description

Our Journeyman Electrician supports factory, agricultural, and operations maintenance activities, ensuring all work complies with , State, and Local Electrical Codes. This role involves high-voltage electrical work, equipment troubleshooting, and mentoring junior electricians.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment, including generators and switch gears.
• Work with voltages up to 12,470V (3-phase) and lower voltages in single and 3-phase systems.
• Program, troubleshoot, and operate PLCs, DCS, and interlocking systems.
• Use SAP to document and access maintenance records.
• Train and mentor non-licensed personnel working toward licensure.
• Maintain efficient workflow and minimize operational interruptions.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience with high-voltage electrical work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience in industrial installation and fabrication.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman Class A license required; Master license .
• Forklift certification required (or must be obtained).
• Current technical knowledge and licensing maintenance.
• Must pass a Safety Screen evaluating ability to safely perform job duties.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing setting with a DuPont Shift Schedule, where you only work 7 days in a 14-day window and enjoy 7 consecutive days off once per month. Embrace a collaborative and safety-focused environment.

The pay range for this position is $88233.00 - $88233.00/yr.
