Travel Overview: High-acuity ICU caring for complex cardiac and respiratory patients. Staffed with charge nurses and 10 RNs per shift, maintaining 1:1 or 2:1 ratios. Skills & Experience: Required: Cardiac monitoring & rhythm interpretation, titratable drips, hemodynamic understanding, vent/BiPAP/trach/Airvo management Preferred: CRRT & SLED experience Common Procedures: Central line & chest tube insertion, bronchoscopies, tracheostomies, lumbar punctures, intubations Equipment: GE bedside monitors, Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, Prismax CRRT, Tablo SLED
