Opportunity:
* Seeking 2 physicians to join their team covering three medical offices * Join an impressive team of 200+ providers. * Join a network of respected GI providers, contributing to the advancement of gastroenterology while also becoming valued members of their local communities. * Practice of 3 MD/DOs and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) * Monday to Friday schedule * 1:4 hospital call schedule * Manage approximately 15-18 patients per day * Services & Procedures: Colonoscopy, EGD Upper GI Endoscopy, ERCP, EUS, Enteroscopy, Hemorrhoid Banding, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, Infusion, Telehealth, TIF , Video Capsule Endoscopy * Growth potential with a clear path to partnership
Compensation:
* Highly marketable salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). * wRVU production bonuses * Comprehensive stipend -OR- Sign-on bonus + Relocation package * Associate-to-Partner pathway, including UD Equity and Endo ownership, etc. Typically, within 2 years of joining. * Benefits are active on day 1 of employment! Benefits package to be discussed at interview.
