Our in-house design team seeks a thoughtful, curious, and well-rounded designer experienced in expressing a brand’s core concepts across digital and physical touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
Design marketing assets for digital and print, including social graphics, emails, one-pagers, and promotional materials. Create polished proposal decks and presentations aligned with brand guidelines and storytelling best practices. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to translate ideas and data into visual communications. Maintain and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency and innovative design. Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Support internal communications, event branding, and product visuals as needed. Provide art direction and visual guidance for outsourced assets or junior designers. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices. Experience & Skills
Strong portfolio in typography and layout. 3-7 years designing layouts, posts, emails, presentation decks, and graphic assets. Experience creating clear, persuasive proposals and presentations. Conceptual, strategy-forward approach. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Curiosity about people, art, and culture. Helpful, optimistic attitude. Desire to build and nurture a creative studio culture. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Pitch, and Klaviyo. Nice-to-Haves
Illustration, animation, and copywriting skills. Experience with front-end development, packaging design, or Webflow. About Us
