Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Ultrasound Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of two (2) years as a sonographer License: RDMS certification required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Must live 100 miles away from the work location. Must be a general sonographer with vascular and echo experience. Description: Perform dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for the diagnosis of diseases and study of organ malfunctions. Perform a variety of imaging procedures and ensure patient safety protocols are followed. Utilize sonographic equipment to record images of patients to help diagnose various medical illnesses and conditions. Conduct diagnostic patient care services using ultrasound technology. Operate sonographic equipment and communicate the results of diagnostic examinations effectively. Act as the first line interface with customers to successfully meet their imaging needs.
