Schedule 12-hour night shifts. Every other weekend is required, and no on-call shifts.
Job Description We are seeking a Med/Surg Tele RN Float who will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in Medical/Surgical Telemetry and Medical/Surgical units as needed. The RN will float among these units based on staffing needs.
Responsibilities
Deliver patient care in Med/Surg Telemetry and Medical/Surgical units.
Float to various units based on staffing requirements.
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
A minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg Tele RN experience is required.
Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications.
NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to the start date.
PCCN and orthopedic certifications are preferred.
Prior travel experience is required.
Experience in a teaching hospital is mandatory.
Epic experience within the last 2 years is a non-negotiable requirement.
