Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Job Responsibilities: Prepare and examine patients for ultrasound procedures following established departmental protocols. Operate, adjust, clean, and perform minor maintenance on ultrasound equipment while ensuring safety precautions for patients and staff. Assist radiologists by providing technical support during examinations. Capture and transfer ultrasound images to PACS for physician review. Ensure adequate ultrasound supplies are stocked and available. Assist in orienting and mentoring new ultrasound personnel. Handle scheduling, patient transportation coordination, and answer phone inquiries as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to maintain smooth workflow in the radiology department. Required / Preferred Skills & Information: Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS). Minimum 2 years of recent experience as an Ultrasound Technologist. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of office/administrative practices. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, accuracy and discretion. Excellent written and oral communication skills. ARRT certification required.
