General Manager
to lead our flagship location in the Dallas area. This is more than just a studio manager roleits an opportunity to lead with purpose, deliver results, and be a transformational force in your community. This sales-forward leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, leading a team, and driving revenue through meaningful client engagement. You'll be on the front linespersonally generating leads, closing program sales, and inspiring your team to do the same. Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales Performance:
Make 50+ outbound calls daily, convert leads into paying clients, and personally close sales for weight loss, hormone therapy, and wellness programs. Lead by Example:
Be the top salesperson in the studio. Coach your team on proven sales techniques and ensure every client experience reflects Lindoras gold-standard care. Client Relationship Management:
Build rapport with new leads, walk-ins, and long-time clients. Guide people through vulnerable health decisions with empathy and confidence. Community Outreach & Lead Generation:
Actively promote Lindora Addison in the community through local events, partnerships, and creative grassroots marketing. Studio Operations:
Oversee daily appointments, staff schedules, and inventory while maintaining a welcoming and professional studio environment. Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of LPNs and support staff. Foster a culture of accountability, empathy, and transformation. Reporting & Goal Setting:
Own the studios KPIs. Track lead conversions, monthly revenue, and client retentionand take fast action to hit targets. What Success Looks Like: You regularly
exceed monthly sales goals
and empower clients to commit to life-changing programs. Lindora Addison becomes known
throughout North Dallas as the premier destination for medically guided weight loss and wellness. Your team is
energized, mission-aligned, and focused on client success. Qualifications: 2+ years in a
sales-focused role preferably in wellness, fitness, aesthetics, or client-based services Strong
phone sales, closing, and objection-handling
skills Comfort with
outbound calling , follow-ups, and in-studio sales presentations Experience
managing or leading a team Passion for
wellness and client transformation Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities Competitive base salary +
