Overview
Job Title: Amazon Account Manager
Remote | Full-Time | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday)
Remote VA PH is looking for a highly experienced Amazon Account Manager to oversee and optimize our client's Amazon private label operations. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA processes, and listing optimization. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a strong track record of managing Amazon accounts from product launch through ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Private Label Management: Manage all aspects of private label products on Amazon, including product launches, ongoing optimization, and daily operations.
- FBA Shipments & Logistics: Prepare and coordinate FBA shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any issues with inventory, warehousing, and Amazon receiving centers.
- Shipment Reconciliation: Track and reconcile all shipments to ensure accurate records, recover lost inventory, and file reimbursement cases when needed.
- Case Management: Handle all types of Seller Central support cases, ensuring timely resolutions and proper documentation for future reference.
- Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings, ensuring SEO best practices, keyword integration, and compliance with Amazon policies.
- Content Writing: Write compelling and keyword-rich titles, bullet points, and product descriptions to increase visibility and conversion.
- A+ Content Management: Publish enhanced brand content (A+ Content) to improve the customer experience and increase sales.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to drive traffic and stay competitive in product rankings.
- Reporting & Analysis: Use Google Sheets to track KPIs, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights on sales, advertising, and inventory.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with private label on Amazon.
- Focused and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Analytical thinker with a proactive mindset
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Must have 2 monitors for multitasking and efficiency
- High-speed, reliable internet connection
- Functional webcam for meetings via Google Meet
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creative asset management
