Vice President, Hospitality

will be a pivotal member of the Hospitality team as a strategic partner to the Chief Hospitality Officer and the EVP of Operations & GM at Barclays Center and closely supporting the Operations and Events teams. The VP will have comprehensive oversight of BSE Global’s expanding Restaurant Operations, the VIP Guest Experience team, and the Brooklyn Wine Club – setting and achieving enterprise-wide goals and offering a premier host of world-class hospitality and curated guest and member programs. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and agile, embodying a profound sense of hospitality and robust business acumen with a track record of leading teams through both early-stage development and sustained, scalable growth. This role reports directly to the Chief Hospitality Officer. What You Will Do

Leadership

: Oversee all aspects of Restaurant Operations, VIP Guest Experiences, Brooklyn Wine Club & Future Business Opportunities — set vision, strategy, and operational goals aligned with BSE Global’s mission and growth ambitions. Lead, inspire, and empower hospitality teams responsible for delivering elevated experiences; foster collaboration, innovation, integrity, and service. Serve as the primary hospitality liaison to owners, investment partners, and the Executive Leadership Team; communicate program performance, guest feedback, and opportunities. Stay ahead of hospitality trends and guest preferences to deliver contemporary, memorable experiences. Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities that support broader business objectives. Demonstrate deep understanding of the business model and the technical/functional expertise needed at all management levels. Drive financial excellence by developing and managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and achieving budgeted goals. Restaurant Operations

Collaborate with the Chief Hospitality Officer, EVP of Operations & GM at Barclays Center, and VP of Hospitality to oversee premium spaces at Barclays Center, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Execute and achieve strategic operational and financial objectives; elevate restaurant platforms and drive growth through talent management and team development. Advance the strategic plan for BSE Global Restaurant Concepts while maintaining robust financial performance in F&B operations. Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies within restaurant operations and achieve operational and financial targets. Maintain operational quality and uphold standards across all BSE Global Restaurant Concept venues (service, food, beverage, environment, safety, cleanliness, sanitation). VIP Guest Experiences

Develop and execute long-term and annual strategies for VIP programs to deliver unparalleled service for VIPs, owners, celebrities, business partners, and other high-profile guests. Lead all aspects of VIP hospitality for ownership and their guests, including ticketing, catering, escorting, suite access, transportation, and merchandise. Collaborate with the Celebrity Relations Manager to secure target celebrities and influencers for BSE events. Coordinate with Entertainment, Event Operations, Marketing, and F&B partners to elevate hospitality interactions, including booking windows and customized menus. Monitor hospitality trends and customer preferences to ensure best-in-class service and activations. Manage the Executive and VIP hospitality budget with detailed reporting to Finance. Brooklyn Wine Club

Establish and monitor KPIs for the Wine Club and VIP Experiences; use data to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Lead new concept development for guest experiences and the Brooklyn Wine Club, ensuring differentiation and high service standards. Drive membership acquisition targets; collaborate with external partners and Executive Leadership. Oversee and manage the Brooklyn Wine Club team. What You Will Bring

15+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, including oversight of VIP programs, luxury guest experiences, or high-end club operations. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field. Proven track record of strategic and financial leadership in hospitality or entertainment sectors. Unwavering commitment to an exceptional guest experience. Strong team leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to innovate and execute programs that drive guest satisfaction and business growth. Strong organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities. Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and performance management for hospitality operations. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by event programming. Impeccable personal and professional integrity, discretion, and judgment. $170,000 - $225,000 WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role is based in our corporate headquarters in Brooklyn and requires flexibility to support events that may occur in the evenings, weekends, or holidays.
