The

Senior Vice President, Head of Litigation

will be a key member of TKO’s legal leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. This executive will be responsible for overseeing all litigation matters across the organization. The role requires a strategic and proactive leader who can manage complex disputes, mitigate legal risks, and ensure compliance with evolving laws and regulations. The SVP will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to protect the company’s interests, drive resolution strategies, and support business objectives. In addition, the SVP will lead and develop the litigation team, ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and scalability in legal processes. This position plays a critical role in fostering a culture of compliance, accountability, and aligned legal strategy throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide enterprise-wide leadership on all litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation matters, setting a clear strategic vision for the company’s approach to legal disputes.

Oversee the development and execution of litigation strategies that effectively balance legal risk, brand reputation, operational impact, and commercial goals.

Directly manage high-profile, high-risk matters including intellectual property disputes, anti-trust matters and shareholder claims, breach of contract claims, regulatory investigations, and crisis-related litigation.

Serve as the senior legal strategist in managing cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes, ensuring coordination across international counsel and regional teams.

Lead negotiations in critical dispute resolution efforts, including settlements, mediations, and arbitrations, often representing the company in direct dialogue with counterparties, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Establish and maintain a litigation risk management framework to ensure early issue spotting, consistent case assessment, and data-driven decision-making.

Build strong, cost-effective partnerships with outside counsel, negotiating fee structures and performance expectations to ensure high-value legal representation.

Regularly brief the Chief Legal Officer, executive leadership, and key internal stakeholders on case developments, legal risks, and strategic options, aligning legal outcomes with business priorities.

Oversee litigation leads within the team, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities while ensuring consistent execution and alignment with the company’s litigation philosophy.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Risk, Communications, and Business Operations to ensure cohesive management of reputational, operational, and financial exposure related to legal disputes.

Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership, Human Resources, and business unit leaders on complex and sensitive employment issues, including discrimination and harassment claims, workplace accommodations, terminations, and organizational restructuring.

Direct and manage internal investigations of employee complaints, whistleblower claims, workplace misconduct, and other employment-related issues, ensuring thorough documentation, risk mitigation, and consistent resolution.

Qualifications & Experience: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Minimum of 15 years of legal experience, with a strong foundation in litigation

Demonstrated leadership in a senior legal role within a corporate legal department of a complex, global organization or at a top-tier law firm.

Proven experience managing complex litigation, including class actions, regulatory investigations, internal investigations, and cross-border disputes.

Strong background in managing external counsel, developing litigation strategies, and delivering cost-effective, business-aligned outcomes.

Track record of driving efficiency and scalability in legal operations, with the ability to assess risk, streamline processes, and implement best-in-class legal practices.

Exceptional judgment, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels of the organization.

Experience leading and developing high-performing legal teams, including direct oversight of attorneys focused on litigation and employment

High degree of integrity, discretion, and business acumen, with a strong commitment to fostering a compliant and inclusive workplace culture.

Work Conditions: This role is primarily based in an office setting, with occasional travel required for litigation, business meetings, and regulatory matters.

The work environment is fast-paced, requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
