Active Bar Admission
in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
New York- barred candidates
preferred
8+ years
of substantive
litigation experience , including
products liability
matters
Extensive experience
writing briefs , specifically
Rule 702
of the Federal Rules of Evidence and
Daubert
matters
Expertise in
managing litigation strategy
and
supervising junior associates
Relevant experience at an
AmLaw 100 firm
is
strongly preferred
Background in
pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry
litigation
is
advantageous
Demonstrated ability to manage complex discovery, communicate effectively with clients and co-counsel, and contribute to fact development and depositions
Soft Skills: Excellent writing and strategic thinking skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Key Responsibilities
Draft and oversee
complex legal memoranda ,
briefs ,
motions , and discovery responses
Develop and execute strategy
for
Daubert / Rule 702 challenges
and other critical motion practice
Engage with clients and experts to
manage factual development
and
expert testimony
Supervise and mentor associates
throughout all stages of litigation
Participate in
depositions ,
client strategy sessions , and overall
case management

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation : Annual base salary is expected to range from
$400,000
$500,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors
