REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Technical Skills Required
Hard Skills: Bachelors degree (or equivalent combination of training/experience in IT management) 2-4 years experience with:
Power Automate & Power BI Advanced Web Parts (programming, scripting) PowerShell (strong plus) IT Service Management (ITSM) / Customer Experience support
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online administration and best practices Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and associated services, including Teams and OneDrive Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform
Soft & Analytical Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate cross-functionally Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills Consistently able to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 System Administrator to join our Managed Service Provider team. The ideal candidate will manage, maintain, and optimize Microsoft 365 services, focusing on SharePoint, Power Platform, and ITSM administration.
Responsibilities:
Platform Administration
Monitor and manage SharePoint Online services, including permissions, compliance, and access controls Configure and administer SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and O365 environments, including programming advanced Web Parts Collaborate with ITSM administrators to support development and administration activities
Governance & Compliance
Implement and enforce governance policies (permissions management, site provisioning, compliance standards) Support audits, compliance initiatives, and risk assessments related to SharePoint data governance
User Support & Training
Respond to SharePoint-related incidents and service requests Collaborate with business units to provide training and drive adoption of Microsoft 365 tools Develop and maintain documentation on SharePoint configurations, policies, and procedures
Integration & Enhancements
Co-manage integration with Microsoft 365 services (OneDrive, Teams, Power Automate, Power BI) Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards
