Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) - $2,454 per week in Fort Pierce, FL

Job Title: Special Procedures Tech Profession: Special Procedures Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 17:30 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: ARRT for Techs Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Candidates must have competency in Special Procedures and GE Innova. Candidates must have recent acute facility IR/Specials experience. Description: Unit Information: The unit has 3 rooms with 1 patient per room. There are 20 staff members including RNs and Techs. Staff may include a Charge RN, Director, Manager, Supervisor, and 4 staff members per room on day shifts, totaling 12 per shift. The on-call team works night shifts with 2 members on call, totaling 4. Patient ratios are 1:1. Equipment used includes GE and Philips systems. The EMR systems utilized are Meditech and MacLab. Typical hiring profile: Most recruited for are Travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters. The team is looking for team players who are critical thinkers with a patient care focus. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility to adapt to the unit's needs. On-call is required for 1-2 weekday shifts and 1 weekend per 4-week period.
