Responsibilities (Shift Manager)
- Lead shifts weekly to ensure a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers and maintain McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift; monitor performance and take action as needed.
- Monitor safety, security, profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition.
- Assist in meeting targets for shifts and help departments reach their goals.
- Manage responsibilities such as Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Scheduling, and Training.
- Support exceptional customer service and ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
