Responsibilities (Shift Manager)

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers and maintain McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift; monitor performance and take action as needed.
• Monitor safety, security, profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition.
• Assist in meeting targets for shifts and help departments reach their goals.
• Manage responsibilities such as Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Scheduling, and Training.
• Support exceptional customer service and ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
