Travel Physical Therapist (PT) in Glenwood Springs, CO

Sub Specialty(s): Physical Therapist Due to increase in volume we are working to shorten our wait time for patients, so increasing our Rehab staff 's to accomodate. In this position, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients’ strength, ROM, balance, safety and function. You’ll also educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Schedule: Working 4-8 hour days/week, weekdays will vary. If Traveler prefers 40 hours/week can discuss possibility of working inpatient atCenter , located in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, everyother weekend. Possible Housing Oppurtunity: new studio apartments available literally 1/2 block from the hospital for $1700/month (studio) $1900 /month (small1 bedroom) - includes Wi-Fi, utilities, on-site laundry room and fully furnished. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy * Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado *At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred. *BLS through the American Heart Association.
