We’re looking for a SQL Data Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys uncovering insights from data. This role blends data analysis, dashboard management, incident support, and QA—making it a great fit for someone who’s not just analytical, but also proactive and detail-oriented.

As a SQL Data Analyst, you’ll own critical reporting processes, partner with marketing teams, monitor dashboards for anomalies, and perform quality checks on digital campaigns. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate data flows, timely reporting, and smooth execution of marketing and referral programs.

Salary Range: PHP 70,000 - 85,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Analysis: Own and manage recurring reports, refresh, validate, and distribute with 100% accuracy.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses (e.g., campaign performance, referral activity, anomalies).
  • Partner with marketing leads to deliver reporting summaries and actionable insights.
  • Track milestones and detect fraudulent activity in referral programs.
  • Support financial reporting by assisting with invoice and PO processing.

Dashboard & Data Management

  • Build, refine, and maintain dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or Looker Studio.
  • Monitor dashboards to detect issues in campaigns, promotions, or data pipelines.
  • Assist in building alerts and protocols to quickly detect and resolve anomalies.

Incident Support & QA

  • Respond swiftly to alerts, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed.
  • Maintain detailed incident logs, documenting steps taken and resolutions.
  • Conduct QA reviews of CRM campaigns (emails, SMS, push, in-app banners).
  • Validate technical setups, targeting, and deliverability of campaigns.
  • Document recurring issues and propose improvements to reduce errors.

Must-Haves

  • SQL expertise (Intermediate–Advanced): Able to write/modify queries in Snowflake, Mode, MySQL, or similar.
  • Excel/Google Sheets (Advanced): Pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, nested formulas.
  • Dashboarding: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Chronosphere, or Looker Studio.
  • QA & Campaign Experience: At least 1+ year in QA for CRM platforms (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong numerical reasoning, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Amenable to working in any US time zone.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Jira, Coupa, or other project management tools.
  • Familiarity with invoice and payment processes.
  • Exposure to marketing, referral, or affiliate program reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Experience in agency, tech, or app-driven environments.
