WE\'RE CURRENTLY HIRING A SALES REP FOR THE Beltsville COSTCO. Seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors. Available hours and location

Hours: 10:00 am – 5:30 pm. NO specific days; open availability is required. The day(s) you work in the store will be based on your availability to sell.

Responsibilities

• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company professionally while at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Represent and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of our products (e.g., NEW Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, Turmeric).
• Conduct product demonstrations and actively encourage sales.
• Carry demonstration materials and products as needed and lift up to 30 pounds, including setting up a folding table (about 30 pounds).
• Stand for extended periods and work independently when required.

Compensation and benefits

• Starting at $22+ per hour + BONUS based on meeting sales quotas.
• W-2 Employment.
• Promotional kit provided and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit.

Bonus structure

• Tier 1: Hit 100% of qualifier and total unit goals and earn $3 per box sold.
• Tier 2: If Tier 1 goals are not met, qualify for Tier 2 by reaching 50% of both goals and earn $1 per box sold.

Examples are provided to illustrate how bonuses are calculated based on unit sales (qualifier and total units).

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and talk to customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience with direct sales.
• Email and basic computer/mobile device skills.

We promote high-quality Colostrum, Super Greens, Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric products, among others. We aim to build a highly motivated sales team.
