Responsibilities include:

• Assist in loading and unloading vendor and customer vehicles.
• Read and write work orders.
• Light fabrication and alteration of products.
• Adhere to OSHA requirements and certificates.
• Track inventory.
• Prepare products and parts for installation per customer specifications.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping and trash removal.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of similar experience; 2-3 years preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, power tools, RF scanners).
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for up to 10 hours.
• Bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Push and pull carts and pallet jacks.
• Use PPE such as steel toe boots, safety glasses, and gloves.

Working Conditions:

Operate in an industrial warehouse environment with concrete floors, requiring prolonged standing, movement, and awareness of forklift and pedestrian traffic. Conditions may vary with season, including exposure to cold, heat, and humidity.
