Responsibilities

• Weekend Availability is required. Provide excellent and expeditious client experience; greet clients, respond to questions; process incoming and outgoing pets, and handle payments.
• Answer phone calls, screen for service needs, triage patients and schedule appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email. Monitor client-waiting area to ensure cleanliness.
• Document and maintain client information, service data, and other pertinent information within business operations software.
• Escalate complex matters to senior staff.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task, learn at a fast pace, handle high volume of clients, and maintain superb patience.
• Minimum of 6 months of job-related experience required. Resume required.
