Overview

The Hoffmann Sr. Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is looking for driven, motivated, coachable entrepreneurs to become a part of our team and help in protecting families across the nation with various forms of life and health insurance, mortgage protection, and financial advisement. This is a commission based sales position with uncapped commission being paid daily.

Responsibilities (What we do)

• Part-Time Agent: 15-20 hours per week with potential to make $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year.
• Full Time Agent: 30-35 hours per week with potential to make $80,000-$180,000+ in the first year.
• There is opportunity for agents to build their own team and obtain contractual ownership of their own agency if they choose to do so, allowing agents to create passive income and build a legacy for their family.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship to all agents.
• Virtual as well as in-person training.
• Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage.
• Meet virtually with families and protect them through various life and health products.
• Flexible hours and work environment.
• Provide a fun, healthy, and flexible work-life balance with the potential for high-level income.
• Hire based on character, not background or experience.
• Provide a community that promotes personal growth and development.
• Design policies to fit our client’s needs.
• Protect families through the best available product line in the financial marketplace.

• Ability to obtain life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for hire)
