Customer Service, and execute store operations with excellence. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs oversee operations, develop the team, and support AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions.

As a Parts Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience. You’ll join a vibrant team dedicated to reaching goals, leadership growth, and career development in automotive retail.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
  • Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
  • Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
  • Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
  • Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
  • Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Commercial Account Support – Help manage commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, upholding company policies.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
  • Flexible Schedule: Availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have

  • Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
  • Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.
  • Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
