Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. This role is critical in helping executives stay focused on strategic priorities by managing calendars, communications, and daily workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones
  • Draft, edit, and manage email correspondence and other communications on behalf of the executive
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and follow-ups
  • Assist with project management tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Conduct light research and organize relevant information for decision-making
  • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and/or physical)
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting C-level executives or business owners
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
  • Comfortable handling logistics, event planning, and vendor coordination
  • Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving
